Welcome to Alexander Electrical Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, estimates, invoices, and online payments made through our website.

By requesting service, accepting an estimate, submitting a deposit, or making a payment through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

We provide residential and commercial electrical services including, but not limited to: repairs, installations, upgrades, panel work, troubleshooting, and project-based electrical contracting.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is based on the scope of work described in the written estimate.
Prices may change if:

  • The site conditions differ from what was described

  • The customer adds or removes tasks

  • Code-required corrections become necessary

  • Materials change due to availability

Any adjustments will be documented in a change order.


3. Deposits & Payments

Payment terms will be listed in your estimate or service agreement. Common structures include:

  • Deposit prior to scheduling work (often for materials)

  • Progress payments during multi-day projects

  • Final payment after work is completed

Payments may be completed via:

  • ACH / bank transfer

  • Wire transfer

  • Credit or debit card (fees may apply)

Invoices must be paid according to the terms listed. Non-payment may result in service delays or project suspension.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
Refunds for completed work are not offered.

5. Scheduling

We make every effort to complete work promptly. Scheduling may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Supply chain issues

  • Permitting delays

  • Site access conditions

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the job site.


6. Permits & Compliance

Where applicable, electrical permits may be required. Permit costs will be listed on the estimate or invoice. The customer is responsible for paying permit fees unless otherwise stated.


7. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for 1 year from the completion date unless otherwise noted.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Code violations not visible during the estimate

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or customer alterations

  • Losses related to power outages or utility company actions


9. Online Payments

Payments submitted on this site are processed using Bank of America’s hosted secure fields over encrypted HTTPS.
No credit card data is stored on our servers.
