1. Cancel Before Scheduling

If you cancel before materials are purchased, no cancellation fee applies.

2. Cancel After Deposit / Materials

If materials are already purchased, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation During Active Work

If work has started, you are responsible for:
• Labor completed to date
• Materials used
• Materials purchased

4. Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice.
