1. Deposits
Deposits become non-refundable once materials are purchased or the job is scheduled.
2. Completed Work
Refunds are not offered for completed electrical work.
3. Service Issues
If you believe work was performed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will schedule an inspection.
4. Credit/Debit Card Payments
Card processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. No Returns
We do not accept returns because we provide services, not physical merchandise.
